All Wrapped Up and the North West blog shoot

The North West Blog shoot


It all started off pretty simple, me and Corrie (CY Shelley Photography) sat around talking about things, treasure the dress, social media, blogging etc..  it was decided that we were going to go out for the day, take a load of random shots of me basically prancing around in a dress in bizarre situations and I was going to Blog about them.

To me it seems everywhere is getting a little loaded with Blog shoots/features covering the South, but not so much from the North and more specifically, The North West

Now I am a true proud Manchester lass, I know the North West has pretty much everything to offer that any other Region in the UK does and more besides and I am also totally biased when it comes to North West Suppliers

Don’t take it the wrong way, I do appreciate that other regions have a lot to offer and that although a lot of blogs/shoots are based further south than Manchester that does not necessarily mean that the North West is being left out, but I really did want to showcase what we had to offer

I also of course wanted to show myself, my crockery, my design ideas and how you can pull together something interesting without being completely outside of the box

I think that it’s about time we showed that we have a great selection of wedding suppliers and that we are fun and that does not detract from how utterly fantastic we all are so I got slightly carried away and in the end 16 suppliers (& an owl named Angel)  all got involved and we had a blast

I’m also going to release the video footage for the day (Thanks to Tony & Sara of Marry me Films) which also says a bit about what the day was about and tips and advice from some of the suppliers involved in the day and because we’ve got so many good shots showing each individual supplier I’m going to focus on them in more detail under my “Supplier Wrap Up” section so please keep checking back for updates

I hope you enjoy the photos, a extra special thanks to CY Shelley Photography for taking them and editing all 295 of them!! You are a shiny star… we met 12 months ago and we’ve worked together a few times and had countless brew’s in your studio but that aside I now think of you as a true friend.

Please do not be offended if you are a wedding supplier based in the North West and you wasn’t included, I’m sure there will be lots of other oportunities to be involved
